You get a written report and a private interactive dashboard delivered within 3 business days of our scoping call.

Before I write anything, we get on a call so I can ask targeted follow-up questions based on your intake form. This is where I fill in the gaps that forms can't capture, so your report reflects your actual situation.
Your findings aren't delivered as a PDF that sits in your downloads folder. You receive a written report and a password-protected interactive dashboard built specifically for you. You can work through your findings at your own pace, track your progress through the 90-day roadmap, and use the built-in prep space to capture your thoughts before your optional follow-up call.
Once your report is delivered, you can book a free follow-up within 30 days if you want to talk through the findings. No pressure. Sometimes it's just useful to think out loud.

The Operations Retainer gives you an experienced operations partner in your corner each month, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
Each month you have a set number of hours to draw down across whatever your business needs. That might be updating an SOP when a process changes, troubleshooting an automation that's stopped working, reviewing a new tool you're considering, thinking through an operational decision, or building something small that's been sitting on your list.
You also get one 30-minute check-in call per month and async support between sessions so small things don't pile up.
